Please complete this form to register for a date and time to take the TEAS RN (Registered Nurse), TEAS PN (Practical Nursing) or TEAS AH (Allied Health) for Virginia Highlands Community College.
**If you need a TEAS test for another institution you will need to make testing arrangements through that institution**
Within 48 Business hours (Excluding Holiday's, Breaks or College Closings) after you complete and submit the form, a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided on this form along with further instructions.
We offer TEAS Testing year round so please check your program(s) deadlines prior to scheduling to ensure you meet submission requirements.
Students with disabilities are eligible to receive testing
accommodations for the TEAS test. In order to receive accommodations,
students should contact the Office of Accessibility Services ( kcopenhaver@vhcc.edu ), she will provide students with a Request for Accommodations form that must be submitted with the appropriate supporting
documentation. All documents should be submitted at least 30 days prior to
