Application fee is $75; student application fee is $35; Kent State University student fee is waived.
First round application deadline is March 16, 2019. These applicants will receive priority booth placement, and notification will be sent by March 22, 2019. Second round application deadline is April 16, 2019. Artists will be notified by April 24, 2019. Submissions received after this date will be considered based on category needs. Artists not selected will receive a full refund. Artist application fees are otherwise non-refundable.
Selected artists will be assigned a 10' x 10' space prior to event; all set up materials (pop-up tent, tables, chairs, display items) must be provided by artist and are not available for rent from event organizers. Double booth spaces are available for double fee of $150. Access to 110 electric is available on a limited basis and may be requested in the application below, however no guarantees can be made. Booth assignments, set up information, etc. will be provided in May, 2019. Questions may be directed to email@example.com.
