The Universal Protocol for Accommodations in Reading (uPar) is a protocol that provides data to support Iowa educators in determining how students may gain access to grade level text for real inclusion outcomes. This form should be completed by districts who want access to the tool. Following completion of the form, we will notify your district team when your access has been established.
