This is an online registration form for participants who do not have a credit card / unable to apply online through the ACTIVE form. Please note that you will have to print out a copy of this form and bring along this form with you when you pay for your registration at either Spring Trading in KK or Double Luck Restaurant in Ranau.  Your registration is only confirmed once payment is received from you.

No email confirmation will be sent to you. Kindly print a copy (for payment) and another copy for your retention BEFORE you press the SUBMIT button (right click on the mouse button to print a copy of the form).
