Are you a talented performer looking to share your skills with the community this summer? We're seeking performers to donate their time from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on selected dates from June through August at Sycamore Pool! This is a great opportunity to showcase your talent while being part of an exciting event featuring CARD SWAG, lawn games, food vendors, and more!
In exchange for your performance, you'll receive:
- Social Media Coverage on the day of your performance.
- Listed on Our Website's Sycamore Pool Page.

Terms & Conditions:
By agreeing to perform at Sycamore Pool for the summer 2025 event series, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Volunteer Performance
All performances are volunteer-based. Performers are donating their time and talent, and there is no financial compensation provided by CARD for the performance.
Promotional Materials
Performers agree to be featured in promotional materials, including social media posts, event line-up sheets, and the CARD website. The use of your name and likeness is solely for the purpose of promoting the event.
Event Participation
Performers must commit to performing for the agreed-upon time slot (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM) on their selected date(s). Set up will begin at 4:00PM and everything must be cleaned up by 8:00PM. If you are unable to perform or need to cancel, please notify the event organizers as soon as possible.
Behavior & Conduct
Performers are expected to maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the event. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the performer being removed from the event.
Weather and Cancellations
In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, events may be postponed or canceled. CARD will notify performers in advance of any cancellations or schedule changes.
Liability
By participating, performers acknowledge that they are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. CARD is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to the performance.
