Code of Conduct
Bay Area Flash Mob, LLC ("BAFM") is a community-based organization whose primary mission is to encourage individuals from all walks of life to come together in order to share a common love of dance with each other and the public. Participation in the organization is subject to the observance of BAFM’s guidelines and procedures, outlined in the Code of Conduct below. These guidelines apply to all interactions with your fellow BAFM participants, co-founders, and instructors, whether in class, during performances, at group events and activities, or on social media (including Facebook, Twitter, email, and text messaging).
Any participant who violates this Code may, as a result, be temporarily or permanently banned from participating in BAFM activities, including classes, performances, events, and BAFM’s Facebook group.
1. Treat fellow participants, co-founders, and instructors with civility, courtesy, respect, and kindness.
2. Do not use abusive, derogatory, or threatening language towards fellow participants, co-founders, or instructors.
3. Do not verbally, physically, or sexually harass fellow participants, co-founders, or instructors.
4. Co-operate with co-founders’ and instructors’ directions regarding staging and other aspects of group performances.
5. Do not consume alcohol to excess before performing or while representing BAFM at an event where the group has been invited to perform.
I have read and I understand BAFM's Code of Conduct. I agree to abide by the guidelines described above and understand that I may be banned from BAFM classes, performances, events, and BAFM’s Facebook group, if I violate any of these guidelines.
