OBJECTIVES
- To facilitate start-up’s preparation for fundraising
- To help the start-up founders familiarize with the basic framework of a standard term sheet
- To walk through and enable the entrepreneurs to understand the due diligence process
 
FACILITATORS
- Mr Felix Lam, Founding Principal, Red Chap Advisors, Hong Kong
  An educator, angel investor and business advisor for early-stage technology companies in Hong Kong, US, China,
  Australia and Taiwan.
 
- Mr Leroy Yau, Founding Partner, 43 Ventures, Hong Kong
  A startup investor by trade, consultant at heart, accountant and computer engineer by training.

All Start-ups with at least one PolyU member are eligible!
Maximum 3 participants from each start-up.
LIMITED SEATS AVAILABLE. INTERVIEW MAY BE REQUIRED.

FEE
Free of Charge. HK$200/person deposit, refundable upon 100% attendance.
