Students who have a specific plan to complete an Associate's degree while in high school, or another specific pathway that will require more courses than normally allowed (e.g. Nursing), should complete this form. We do not expect a declaration of degree completion until a student has taken at least two basic courses that are allowed for all students. (See the High School Course Catalog for a list.)
