    Product Information

    In order to maximize the variety for our patrons we recommend at least 2 styles of beer and 2-3 1/2bbl per style. All product will be split into 1st and 2nd session. 2nd session beer will not be released off of the truck until after the 1st session ends to ensure equal experiences for both sessions. Please plan your donated amounts accordingly, taking into account previous WBF attended.

    VIP/Brewer's Reception/Cask Ale Tent

    Please consider donating a 1/6 bbl or a couple of cases of your best liquid to be shared either with our beer savvy VIP ticket holders or with your fellow brewers and reps. Please indicate what product you would like to include. We will be PURCHASING casks this year to be placed in the Art of Beer Cask Ale Tent. I would like to get a wide variety of styles and interpretations. Please indicate your interest is providing a cask and your preference to traditional vs. infused. I will contact you to discuss further!

    As noted above we have many sponsorship and marketing opportunities available for this years event. Some of your options are listed below.
