Samos 2015 Summit Registration
Please fill in the following fields in order to register for the Samos 2015 Summit.  

In case you do not have an invitation, we will come back to you - thank you for your interest.  If you have an invitation, please consider your registration as done, even if you will have to add more information later.  

You may also edit your form again, when extra informaton is available (e.g. exact dates, flights, etc).  Please be aware to KEEP the link provided to you after submitting your form.

This registration can be cancelled by the applicant/participant at no other costs or burden, exclusive of the registration and hotel deposits made, by simple email to the Registrations responsible.

Fees and Payments
The Registration fee for the Samos Summit is 200€.  

The Registration fee covers access to the venue and local transportation in Samos, coffee breaks, lunches and all social events (welcome reception, dinners, tours).

The Registration fee will be collected by RHENIA TOURS, after 1/6/2015.
You will get a receipt for this amount.  In case you want an invoice, an extra VAT of 16% has to be charged.

Additional Persons of the Samos Summit Participants willing to participate in the(3) social evening events need to pay 80€ per person during their stay at Samos.

CANCELLATION POLICY for the Registration Fee
For a cancellation until 1/6/2015 no charge will be made.

CANCELLATION POLICY for Doryssa Seaside Resort:
• Cancellation until 31/05/2015 is free of charge.
• For cancellation from 31/5 to 22/06/2015, the cost is equal to the downpayment.
• For cancellation from 22/6 to arrival date, the cost is equal to 50% of the reservation cost.
• Early departure, costs 50% of the charges for the remaining days of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY for Samos Sun Hotel:
For any notice of cancellation at least one (1) week prior to reservation start date, the cost is equal to 50% of the total cost.
Any cancellation within (1) week before the reservation start date and the reservation start date, will cost the full amount (100%).

CANCELLATION POLICY for Kouros Hotel:
Any notice of cancellation at least one (1) week prior to reservation start date is free of charge.
Any cancellation within (1) week before the reservation start date and the reservation start date, will cost the full amount (100%).

CANCELLATION POLICY for Akrogiali Hotel
Any notice of cancellation at least one (1) month prior to reservation start date is charged as one (1) day of stay.
In any other case (cancellation between one month prior to the reservation start date and the reservation start date), it will cost the downpayment (50% of the reservation cost).

NO CHARGE will be made without prior correspondance with you.
