Hi! My first artist catalogue, Balsams, Dogs, Bones, compiles my work, exhibitions, and presentations from 2022 to 2025.

It includes content and images from Neither Lion, Dog, nor Human (2022), my last work made in Korea before coming to the United States in 2023, to my most recent piece Echo 1 (2025), along with installation views from two solo exhibitions held during this period. As the title suggests, the book is organized around the central motifs of balsams, dogs, and bones.

The catalogue was designed by Shampoo and features essays by Taeyi Kim (Curator) and Rodrigo Guzmán-Serrano (Curator and art historian). It was produced with support from the Arts Council Korea.

안녕하세요. 제 이름으로 처음 출간한 도록 《Balsams, Dogs, Bones》는 2022년부터 2025년까지의 작업, 전시, 발표 내용을 담은 책입니다.

2023년 미국으로 오기 전 한국에서의 마지막 작업인 <사자도, 개도, 사람도 아닌 것(2022)>부터 가장 최근작 <Echo 1(2025)>까지의 작품 이미지와 설명을 수록했으며, 그 사이 열린 두 개의 개인전 전경도 함께 볼 수 있습니다. 도록 제목처럼 꽃(Balsams), 개(Dogs), 뼈(Bones)를 중심 소재로 구성했습니다.

이 도록은 샴푸(Shampoo)가 디자인했으며, 김태이(큐레이터)와 로드리고 구스만 세라노(큐레이터, 미술사학자)의 글이 실려 있습니다. 한국문화예술위원회(ARKO)의 지원으로 제작되었습니다.
