CAMP WAIVER: I/We the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the registered player hereby give my/our approval to participate in the South Webster Junior High Volleyball Camp. I/We know that participation in volleyball may result in serious injury and/or illness and protective equipment and protocols does not prevent injuries and/or illness to players, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless South Webster Junior/Senior High School, board members, coaches, organizers, sponsors, supervisors, and  participants to any claim arising out of injury to my/our child whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.
