BC Seed Gathering Volunteer Form
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with FarmFolk CityFolk. This confidential form registers your information with FarmFolk CityFolk and collects important information that we hope will help us make your volunteer experience rewarding.
This year's BC Seed Gathering will take place on November 8 & 9, 2019 at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Richmond BC; unceded traditional Indigenous lands of the q̓ic̓cəy̓ (Katzie), q̓ʷa:n̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), SEMYOME (Semiahmoo), sc̓əwaθən məsteyəxʷ Tsawwassen, qiqéyt (Qayqayt) and kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem) peoples.
We offer work trade at 3 hours of volunteering for a full weekend ticket, plus it's a great way to connect into community, offer and build skills and be part of a vibrant team. Please note: we receive more applicants than volunteers needed and completing this application does not guarantee you a volunteer spot. We will confirm with volunteers by late September if you are on our Gathering Volunteer list.
