By commissioning me you agree to the Terms of Service listed below.
I. General Terms
I reserve the right to decline any commission that is outside my comfort zone or is offensive. If a commission is declined I will respond with an email notifying you why I have declined.
Be respectful in all communications.
II. What I will/will not draw
I do not draw detailed nudity nor will I draw sexual themes. I have experience drawing humanoids, anthros, ferals, fantasy creatures, and heavily armored characters. If you want examples of something specific, please send me an email. If I do not have experience with drawing the thing you are inquiring about I will inform you.
III. The Process
I will provide to you a sketch of the commissioned piece. At this time you should nitpick anything you dislike and I will fix it. Once you are happy with the sketch, I will send you an invoice on PayPal. Once payment is received I will have thirty days to complete the commission. I will give daily updates on the days that I work on the commission. If there is anything you would liked changed, please let me know. If it is a minor change, it will be free. If it is a major change, there will be added charges.
If the commission is not completed within thirty days, I will provide a full refund. The artwork will still be completed.
After the commission is complete, you will receive a png file that will be watermarked as well as a pdf.
IV. Privacy
Your information will be protected and will not be shared with others unless I have been given explicit permission. The commissioned piece will not be shared online unless I have been given permission to post it.
Likewise, do not post or use my watermarked art without crediting myself and giving links back to my website and/or tagging one of my social media accounts. If you do post my artwork, please inform me.
Do not post or use the unwatermarked pdf.
V. Copyright
If you buy a design from me you will own the design and have permission to change the design however you see fit. However, credit me as the designer of that design whenever you use it. You are permitted to sell the design, but not for more than what you paid for.
VI. Refunds
If I do not complete the work within thirty days or at whatever date is agreed upon, you will get a refund as well as the art. Other than that, there will be no refund on the commission if at a later time you decide to cancel the commission once I have started the process of refining the sketch.
