The Surrogacy Pathways: An Anthropological Analysis
This questionnaire is a survey tool designed to evaluate the quality of surrogacy experience in its complexity. This is a semi-structured questionnaire which also means you will find space to add your own comments under some questions.
The Surrogacy Pathway Project is elaborate to analyze the journey of all the subjects involved in the surrogacy: intended/parents, surrogates, nurses, doctors and so on. For this reason, you will find questions about your personal life related to the perception of your own experience. This questionnaire, promoted and coordinated by Corinna Sabrina Guerzoni (Postdoctoral Researcher at Western Fertility Institute) under the direction of Dr. Kumar Ashim, is a part of a larger research project that will analyze surrogacy within 3 years.

As regards the protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the participants, your identities and personal information will be separated from their answers and will not appear on the transcripts. All information that facilitates the deduction of the identity of the interviewees shall be removed from the text files and transcripts and in any materials stored electronically or physically.

Please, answer all the questions.
Thank you so much for the valuable collaboration.
