Please fill out this form to reserve your spot for our Hidden Gem Farm CSA. The boxes will be available for pickup at the Hidden Gem Farmers Market in Spring Hill each Saturday from May 25th - December 14th. The cost is $40 a week for 30 weeks, a total of $1,200 for the year.
There are two payment options in 2024:
1) Pay in full option, you will receive a discount rate of $1,120 for the year (2 free weeks!)
2) Weekly payment plan of $40 a week on auto draft from your credit card or bank account, starting today but this will only be charged for 30 weeks
We only have 100 spots this year so make sure you fill this form out ASAP to grab your place in line! The CSA filled up in 2 days in 2023...

Submitting this form is the first step and will get you priority when we launch early March 2024. Right now, it's set up as a waiting list to be the first to be notified. When that email goes out in March you will have about 48 hours to:
1. Send payment ($1,120 for the discounted pay in full option) to @billallenrei on Venmo. You can also do cash or check if you prefer, just shoot us an email and we will get you our address for delivery. If you want to do the weekly payment plan, $40 a week for 30 weeks then email us and we will get you an invoice.
2. Sign our CSA agreement, we will send it to you for e-signature shortly after filling out this form, getting the email notification, and submitting payment.
3. Once this is done we will get you setup in our private Facebook group for recipes and where we make announcements of events we are doing and plantings / harvests that you can attend.
