Pacific 8th Grade Party Permission Slip
This is a celebration of our 8th graders as they head off into high school! This is a Lock In event - pizza, drinks, snacks will be provided.   Students will be dropped off at 6 p.m. and picked up promptly at 8 p.m.  Students should bring nothing with them - no bags allowed. They are encouraged to wear white.

By filling out this permission slip, I give permission for my student to participate and attend the 8th grade party.  I understand that all school rules and expectations are still expected of us as students. I understand that my student may be removed from the celebration if school rules and expectations are not followed.
