The purpose of this survey is to determine if healthy adults meet the recommended requirements for calcium, vitamin D, sunlight exposure and exercise participation for building healthy bones throughout life as recommended by Osteoporosis Australia guidelines released in 2013.  
Participation in this online survey will involve reading and answering a series of questions by selecting a check-box to identify your food choices for dietary calcium and vitamin D sources, and to learn about your sunlight exposure and exercise participation levels.The online survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

• You may withdraw from the survey at any time by selecting the submit button.
• If you decide not to participate in this survey you will need to select the 'DISAGREE button'.

Your responses will be confidential, we do not collect any identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. All recorded answers remain anonymous and protected using secure transmission practices of the survey software. All completed data is stored in a password protected electronic format. The collated results of this survey remain anonymous and may be disseminated for scholarly purposes only, and could include articles written for scientific journals or conference presentations. There will also be a brief summary of the overall project results available to participants on request.  
There are no foreseeable risks to participating in this online survey. If participation does cause any distress or discomfort, you are encouraged to access counselling services via Lifeline (13 11 14).
