Not really an issue at all. I spring back into action in my daily life and feel healthy, happy, and 100% fulfilled.
My world is turned upside down. Mentally, physically, and emotionally I'm depleted, and feel nothing like the amazing, vibrant person I know myself to be.
Have you developed any medical conditions since you started competing (ie digestive issues, hormone imbalance, sleep irregularities, mood disorders, etc) or do you have any concerns you may develop something?
How motivated and clear do you feel outside of "prep mode"?
What would it mean to you to have an alternative roadmap that didn't include the the post-show crash, but INSTEAD accelerated your success on and off the stage?
