CALL FOR SESSIONS
PROPOSAL FORM

Please complete the form below and supply an abstract or summary of 100 to 200 words describing the session you wish to lead. Please ensure you indicate which type of session(s) you are planning to deliver (complete one form for each contribution) and indicate the days you are available to deliver a session. Submit your proposal no later than April 30th, 2014. If you submit your proposal before April 21st, we will ensure that it will be reviewed promptly and that you can still register for the early bird offer. If your proposal gets to us later than April 21st we can not guarantee you a timely response, but your proposal will still be considered for the conference
