Baking For Kate Online Fundraiser Donation Interest Form
Since my first Baking For Kate Online Bake Sale in May 2013, I have had numerous individuals contact me about possibly donating for a future online bake sale.  The response has been overwhelming.  In order to keep everything organized and to ensure that I do not forget anyone for the next fundraiser, I created this form.  The next online bake sale for Kate (think homemade goodies, anything that can be used in the kitchen, cookbooks, anything baking/cooking inspired) will be held the weekend of May 24-25, 2014. If you are interested in donating an item for the fundraiser, please complete the form below. Thank you for your interest! :)
**Please note- While I will try to include everyone who is interested in being a part of the bake sale, I may have to restrict the number of auction items to allow it to be manageable for myself since I am the sole organizer of the fundraiser.  If for some reason I cannot include your donation in the online auction, I encourage you to still support the fundraiser by helping to spread the word, bidding on items in the bake sale, and /or making a direct donation to Kate's PayPal fund.
