Arizona Actor's Academy Registration Form
All new students interested in the Method class are asked to AUDIT their first class before enrolling in the on-going program.
A cost of $25 is charged for the AUDIT and then deducted from your full tuition after enrollment

Method Acting Workshops:
on-going **Monday and **Wednesday nights from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm or midnight
Monday daytime, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.
The cost is $200.00 a month.  
Please choose one night/day as your home class. Each student will work scenes and monologues. New actors can begin scene work as soon as the fundamentals of the Stanislavski System are in place. Scene work requires weekly outside rehearsal and a long term commitment to the class. After such commitment you can also add the Sensory class meeting from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Improv for Actors Level I: on-going, Tuesday nights.
Level I is beginning to intermediate and runs 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 pm.  
Level II is by invite only at the discretion of the instructor and runs 8:00 p.m. – 9:30 pm.  
Cost is $50.00 a month for those enrolled in the Method Workshops, $100.00 a month for all others.  
Space is limited and priority access is given to enrolled Method Workshop students first.
This class prepares the actor with confident skills in basic improvisation as it translates to acting and stagecraft. The instruction in this class will match instruction found in professional training centers across the country and can give the actor a leg up with proficiency that is becoming desirable in the creative world.

This option is to take a class individually. If you are a new student enrolling in Method you will need to audit your first class at a $25.00 charge, after which you can enroll in the regular class and the auditing cost is deducted from your monthly tuition. Priority enrollment for Improv is givien to students in the Method Workshop (see below to add the Improv to your Method enrollment at a discounted rate).

MONTHLY TUITION / INVOICING PLAN Digital invoices will be emailed and are easily paid at your own convenience. Tuition must by paid monthly using credit/debit card payment upon receipt of invoice through email on, or before the 1st of the month. If payment is not received and you have not reached out to discuss options of financial hardship, you may not attend class until payment is received. If you need to withdraw from the automatic invoicing plan, a withdrawal form must be received by the 20th of the month prior to withdrawal.  //  ENROLLMENT Enrollment in our program is monthly and the students are automatically re-enrolled in the same class from month-to-month, unless notified ahead of time (see withdrawal policy). With the exception of specialty courses, all classes are ongoing and year-round.  //  REGISTRATION You are required to complete the form and signify your agreement to payment policies, and class etiquette terms. Please notify us, of any changes in contact information. An active email address is necessary for you to receive your monthly billing invoices, tuition reminders and updates.  //  REFUNDS & PRO-RATING TUITION Tuition is not pro-rated, refunded or discounted for classes missed, or when dropping from a class.   Tuition will only be pro-rated during your first month of registration, if necessary. NO other months will be pro-rated.  //  SPECIALTY COURSES We offer special courses and workshops throughout the calendar year.  Specialty courses may be charged to your account or paid with cash, credit card, money order, or check.  Full registration and payment is due by the announced enrollment deadline.  Enrollment is not guaranteed without registration and full payment.  //  PRIVATE COACHING Private coaching is based on availability. To hold your allotted time slot full payment must be received. Your coaching is not confirmed until payment is received.  24-hour cancellation notice is required.  Every effort will be made to reschedule your private session as long as the instructor receives 24-hour notice.  There are no refunds for missed appointments.  //  INCLEMENT WEATHER OR INSTRUCTOR EMERGENCY In the event of inclement weather or emergency, we will send email notifications if classes are cancelled.  Any cancelled classes will be offered a make-up class with ample time to adjust your schedule. If you are unable to attend a make-up class, AZAA cannot refund the original class.  Please make every effort to attend the make-up class.  //  WITHDRAWAL POLICY In order to withdraw from class without being charged, please return a withdrawal form by the 20th of the month prior to the effective withdrawal month. Otherwise you will be charged for the upcoming month's tuition.  //  RETURNED ITEMS / DECLINED PAYMENT FEES There will be a $25.00 fee charged for returned checks. We reserve the right to charge a $10 service fee for credit cards and EFT items that are declined.  //  DECLINING AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN Payments may be made in cash, credit card, money order, or check. You must have a current back-up form of payment on file. Tuition is du by the 1st of each month. There is a five (5) day grace period, and on the 6th of the month, the tuition as well as a $10 late fee will be charged.  //  RE-ENROLLMENT To come back into class after dropping, fill out the enrollment form (check the re-enrollment box) and make payment before the first class of the month. If you have been away for more than 2 months, you may attend the last class or two of the month before you re-enroll to audit and find a scene partner.  //  FINANCIAL HARDSHIP Please come to us if you are having financial difficulties and need payment extensions, pay-plans or other options of assistance.  There are work-study opportunities available on a temporary basis to assist you.  //  TUITION PRICE Rates are subject to change.
