First Reconciliation/First Eucharist Registration 2019-2020
First Penance will be celebrated on Thursday December 12, 2019 at 7 pm - 8 pm in the Church.
First Communion will be celebrated on Sunday May 3, 2020 from 1:00 – 2:30 pm in Church.


Please submit one form per child.


If your child was not baptized at Holy Spirit, please provide Holy Spirit with a recently issued official baptismal certificate, Attn: Reconciliation/Eucharist. This may be obtained from the church where your child was baptized. The certificate must be issued after July 12, 2019. Original certificates, copies of the original or certificates dated earlier than July 12, 2019, will not be accepted and you will need to request a new certificate.

Fees: There is a $40 for materials and registration.
Holy Spirit School families will be charged on their Smart Tuition family account.
