You are invited to participate in this institutional research sotudy intended to find out the impact of the On-the-Job Training of PATTS College of Aeronautics on students’ learning outcomes using Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation Model. This model, consisting of Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results, is widely used to assess the overall impact of training (Kirkpatrick, 1959).
This research combines quantitative and qualitative methodologies with a few questions as a guide. The study will take a few minutes at your most convenient time without official work interruption. All information that you will provide will be kept strictly confidential and will be used for academic purposes only.
