Are you a leader in your niche, your industry, or just in your life? 

We want to talk to you about what's happening in your leadership journey and/or hot button topics around leadership and things you might have struggled with and the lessons you learned in that struggle, either now or in your past.

The Things We Carry is a podcast about the challenges leaders face, personally and professionally, and how they carry those challenges and maintain their leadership.

If you're selected, you will have a discussion with Jen that can last anywhere from 20-45 minutes, during which you'll banter, laugh, maybe cry, and talk through the topic at hand.

We record episodes once per month on designated recording days, usually Wednesday or Thursday.
