This form allows you to request approval for your upcoming club event and/or a room or space on campus for standard weekly/monthly club meetings or specific club events. Please note that you must be a club in good standing with the Office of Student Life to request a space on-campus.
You can use this form to request any public or academic space on campus including the Mall, Haggar, Braniff, Gorman, the Rugby Pitch, the All-Purpose field (near softball stadium), the Tower Field, etc. (NOTE: This excludes Athletics Department fields, Residence Halls, and Jerome Basement.)
If you would like your event to appear in Stall Street or as a banner ad in Haggar, you must submit those requests separately. If you would like it to be advertised in Moey's weekly email, email the title of your event, time, and description to operations@udallas.edu.
