Given students' unique topics, the selection of methods will be determined with the Faculty advisor. *
Global Studies students are required to attend 2 research workshops at the Undergraduate Research Center to prepare for this course *
It is highly encouraged that students meet with their Faculty advisor 1-2 times during the Quarter to develop a reading list for their annotated bibliography and to provide feedback on preliminary drafts. *
Glbl St 199A is NOT designed for students acting as research assistants on faculty projects. *
The deadline for students to submit their final paper is Friday of 10th Week of Spring Quarter. Faculty advisors may at their discretion adjust this deadline, either forward or backward, so long as the Global Studies office is informed. The final grade for Glbl St 199A is based on the quality of the completed paper as determined by the Faculty Advisor. *
