PLEASE NOTE that this form is a request to reserve a time slot for your birthday party or event. Your time slot is NOT CONFIRMED until you receive a confirmation email.
- A $50 non-refundable confirmation fee is required to confirm your party.
- A $25 rescheduling fee will be applied to all parties rescheduling after their confirmation.
- ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL, CONFETTI, OR BALLOONS ALLOWED!
- Set up may begin 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
- Your birthday party or event will consist of (one) hour and 20 (twenty) minutes of gym time with a Flips 4 All gymnastics instructor to facilitate activities. Activities include an obstacle course, trampoline, bounce house, and more.
- Parties include 40 minutes of table time. You provide your own refreshments and decorations. A refrigerator and microwave are available on site. (PLEASE NOTE: This 40 minutes includes clean-up time.
Parties going over their allotted time will incur a $20 convenience fee. Children are not allowed back into the gym after table time. Total party time 2 hours.
Birthday Party rate $275 includes up to 10 children
- $10 each addt'l child, max 25 children.
- Payment is collected the day of the party. Card and checks made payable to Flips 4 All are accepted. Cash is accepted if it is exact change.
