Fun Run begins at 9:00 with the 5k to follow

JP was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on February 24, 2012. He has endured 3.16 years (1,162 days) of chemotherapy through IV, spinal taps and daily oral pills. He has had blood and platelet transfusions, multiple surgeries and countless hours of patience throughout the entire process. He loves collecting toys to take to his "cancer friends," playing sports, and being a "normal" kid. You'd never know he has been fighting cancer for the majority of his life if you just met him. And now, his world will no longer revolve around chemo treatments. HE DID IT!!!

Come celebrate with us as we raise money for JP's CureSearch team that will walk in September at Sugarhouse Park. 100% of net proceeds will go towards pediatric cancer research. Each participant in the JP5k will also be automatically registered for JP's walk team with CureSearch. No need to donate twice, unless of course you want to! Our goal is to raise at least $1,162 in honor of each day JP has been fighting.

Thank you for your support, prayers and love over the last 3+ years. We could not have survived this difficult journey without each and every one of you. Your prayers have lifted us up when we didn't think we could take another step, you've fed us countless meals, you've been the answer to many prayers we often didn't even know we were saying. We can never repay all of your kindness, we can only hope to pay that love forward.

Registration info is as follows:
     $30 per person for the 5k
     $10 per person for the 1,162 ft Fun Run
     $7 per person for a JP5k and Fun Run t-shirt
     Prizes for each of the top 3 Male/Female in the 5k        
     FREE medals for each participant
     FREE registration on JP's CureSearch team for the SLC walk in September
     FREE entry in the raffle for additional prizes
