Team HBV 2019 Conference - Registration Form
**PLEASE NOTE: We do not wish for finances to be the reason preventing anyone from attending the conference. Therefore, if you or your chapter are facing financial barriers when considering attending the conference, please reach out to Sandra or Joanna, and the Aboard will do their best to help with expenses.**

The 11th Annual Team HBV Collegiate Chapters Conference at Harvard University is scheduled to officially begin on Friday, OCTOBER 11 at 6 PM and end on Sunday, OCTOBER 13th at 1 PM. The Conference will be located in CGIS South Tsai Auditorium S010 (1730 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA 02138). Please arrange your travel plans accordingly.

This year's programming will focus on empowering members to be confident hepatitis B patient and policy advocates and includes. During the conference you will have the opportunity to:
- hear from distinguished speakers and professors about current updates in hepatitis B research and policy
- learn how to take part in the movement to eradicate hepatitis B at a collegiate level
- compete in an outreach hackathon and present your creations with your fellow conference attendees
- explore the city of Boston and more!

Registration is open to all! General registration fee is $50 (Team HBV members)/$70 (non Team HBV members) and includes:
- 5 meals, from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (with the exception of Saturday dinner)
- Local transportation during the conference to/from the hotel (provided in the form of reimbursements for Ubers/Lyfts, mileage, or train tickets)
- Team HBV swag
