Initial Registration Form for the 2024 Douglas County Marching Invitational!

Welcome to the Annual Douglas County Marching Invitational. This year's competition will be on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the Douglas County High School Stadium in Castle Rock. This festival will host up to 22 bands in Preliminary Competition and 12 bands for finals competition. This will be a Colorado Bandmasters Association-sanctioned festival and will follow all CBA rules and guidelines. Preliminary performance seeding will be done by random draws of 4 based on CBA Regional and State scores. Finals will run in reverse order by preliminary placement.

The entry fee is $375 which includes a digital recording of both prelims and finals. 

Payment may be made via Credit Card or Check. Credit Card Invoices will be sent out prior to August 16th. Checks should be made out to "Douglas County High School Band Boosters" and mailed to:

Payments are DUE BY:  Friday, August 16th, 2024. Fee not paid on time may lose their spot to other schools on the waiting list.

Any group submitting after 22 bands will be put on a waiting list.

All copyright clearances must be received by the Colorado Bandmasters Association Marching Chairman before your band will be allowed to perform. All DIRECTORS must be a current CBA member.
