2025-26 Foundation Employee Parking Permit & Transit Pass Request

This form is for Foundation Staff who would like to purchase parking or transit services for the 2025-26 academic year. Services are payroll deductible each month and will continue until the services expire or are canceled. Parking and transit requests are processed manually and take 1-3 business days. Please continue to pay daily until you receive your confirmation email. 

Parking Requests:

Parking permits for the current academic year will expire on June 30th, 2026.  Please be advised that your permit will be mailed to the address provided in your form response. You will be notified via email once a "Do Not Ticket" notification has been placed on your vehicle so that you can start parking without displaying anything until your permit arrives in the mail. 

Transit Requests:

Be advised that transit services are payroll deducted until service is canceled or employee separation. Previous transit users can expect to have their pass loaded onto their existing PSU Hop Card. New users will need to pick up their new PSU HOP card in our office or can request it be sent in the mail to the address provided in the form response. Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email with pickup information.
