The Seekonk High School's Anonymous Concerns Report is NOT an emergency hotline. If you are reporting an event that could immediately affect the school community or an individual, please call 911.

The reporting form and process is intended to facilitate the communication of sensitive information to the proper school officials in an effort to ensure the safety of Seekonk High School students. This information includes, but is not limited to:

    - bullying,
    - student safety,
    - violence,
    - drug use, or
    - students who may be in need of assistance.
