Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome, and thank you for choosing to be a part of Education Stations, your neighborhood before and after school enrichment program. Education Stations is a place for fun, friends and learning during after school time. Your child will enjoy a safe and engaging environment with our dedicated and professional staff. Our team engages students in a creative, motivating, and cooperative atmosphere to further inquiry and development.
Before School programming will remain 5 days regardless of how many days your student attends.
After School programming:
Two day enrollment: Tuesdays and Thursdays with either a 3:30 or 5:30 pick up time.
Three day enrollment: Monday, Wednesday and Friday with either a 3:30 or 5:30 pick up time.
Five day enrollment: Monday through Friday with either a 3:30 or 5:30 pick up time.
Enrollment will be accepted with a completed online registration form and a $50 registration payment, on a first come, first serve basis. We understand incoming Kindergarten students will not yet have their school assignment as of yet, however, you may still register as unassigned.
Education Stations Before and After School Program adheres to the Melrose Public School District calendar including vacation days, early release days, holidays & professional development days and other no school days determined by the Superintendent of Schools.
Tuition will be billed in 9 monthly installments. Monthly rates are determined and available to families in advance to allow for financial planning. All financial information is located in our Handbook located on Melrose Public Schools website. Families will receive invoices one month prior to the due date. Payments are expected by the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 1st will be assessed a $25.00 late fee. Tuition is subject to change based on school schedule and school committee.

Steps to Register:
1. Please carefully read the Handbook. Understanding how the program works is essential to a smooth, safe and cooperative year.
2. Complete the Online Registration Form and sign off that you have read the Handbook (Melrose Schools Website). You must sign up for one of our three options being offered.
3. Make full payment of your first month tuition online using your MySchoolBucks account. Instructions are located on Melrose Public School website. Your tuition payment must be received by September1st.
REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON 8/1/2023 or when a site reaches capacity. When a site reaches capacity, based on the amount of staff onboarded for the start of school, your student will be placed on our waitlist. We review our waitlist monthly and you will be contacted once a spot becomes available to accommodate your families schedule.
