Order Request - Print Books by DA Henneman
This order form is for direct sales through the author, and can be used for signed copies of all available works in print. Orders will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, and shipping charges will be added for books shipped in addition to the book charge. Expected turn-arounds are currently 2-3 weeks.

Unless it can be delivered locally or picked up at a signing event, books will be mailed USPS Media Mail in US. For Overseas and Canadian orders, shipping charges will be charged at cost. In those cases, ordering directly from your vendor of choice and order a signed bookplate is recommended.

Invoices for orders placed this way will be sent via Square or, if preferred, PayPal.

All digital versions should be purchased from your vendor of choice, and links can be found through the author website at www.dahenneman.com on the individual book pages.
