The second edition of the International Conference on Social Work Practice, Mental Health, and Education: Building Trust and Solidarity for a Good Society (ICPSWHE 2025) continues its mission by aiming to strengthen relationships with fellow social workers and professional associations around the world, while exploring key themes in social work such as solidarity and trust-building, interdisciplinary collaboration for health and wellbeing, ecological and ethical perspectives, and the impact of digital transformation. The event also seeks to promote innovative teaching models, assess the effectiveness of social interventions in times of crisis, and support lifelong education tailored to evolving social realities. As a profession, social work is increasingly called upon to respond to complex challenges at the individual, community, and global levels. In today’s climate of instability, insecurity, and threats to social inclusion, social workers as agents of change must act creatively and effectively to restore social balance, foster resilience, and contribute to building a safer, more inclusive society.
