Use this form to manage your data for SubTrail. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, or request that specific data be removed while keeping your account active.

What happens next?

1. Identity Verification: Once submitted, we will verify your identity via the email address provided.

2. Processing Time: Requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

If you requested Permanent Deletion: After verification, we will delete your account from our authentication system (Firebase) and remove your purchase history from our billing system (RevenueCat).

• Note: This is permanent. You will lose access to all premium features and your historical subscription data.

If you requested Specific Data Deletion: We will remove the specific records or history items you have identified (e.g., individual subscription logs ) from our database.

• Note: Your account remains active, and you will retain your Premium status and login credentials.
