20th Annual Stockton University Community Engagement Awards Nomination Form
The
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service Planning Committee is pleased to announce the 20th Annual Community Engagement Awards. This year, we will recognize five (5) members of the Stockton Community - One (1) Undergraduate Student, One (1) Graduate Student, One (1) Student Club/Organization, One (1) Staff Member, and One (1) Faculty Member - for their outstanding community engagement activities. Please review the nomination information below and carefully submit the form.
Eligibility: All students, student groups, staff, and faculty within the Stockton Community are eligible to be nominated, provided they have been engaged in providing a valuable service to the community during 2023. For Staff and faculty members, this should be outside their typical duties involved in the nominee's current position at Stockton.
Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 5 pm.
Self-Nominations: Individual candidates for the Community Engagement Awards MAY NOT nominate themselves; however, student clubs or organizations may self-nominate.
Selection of winners: A selection committee (composed of faculty, staff and students) will be responsible for choosing the winners. The decisions of the committee are final.
Presentations of awards: All winners should make every effort to attend the awards ceremony at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service breakfast on Monday, January 15, 2024.
