Community Moderators create an environment for great live conversations. You'll be the hub personally interacting with channels and administrators and the Zello product team. You’ll need to be friendly but tough enough to resolve disputes and not be offended by crude language on some channels.

Build the Community – especially by nurturing the best channel owners and moderators.
Insure active ownership for popular channels and resolve disputes between members.
Listen to channels and re-assign administrators if abandoned.
Synthesize what you are finding and share feedback and advice with the product team.
Manage the language localization process.
Prior online forum moderation or game forums participation experience.
Previous online community participation.
Must have a helpful service outlook with prior customer service experience.
Need to be technically savvy and know your way around social media.
Highly motivated around the opportunity and demands from a small start up.
Work from anywhere in the USA, paid as a contractor with PayPal.
