Please complete and submit this form to begin the scheduling process for the 2020-21 school year at the San Diego County Office of Education’s Cuyamaca Outdoor School. You will receive an e-mail summary of your responses immediately after you complete this form.

Register Early and Save up to $200! If we receive this participation agreement before Nov. 30, 2019, you'll earn a $100 credit. Get us your signed district contract before May 30, 2020, and your school will receive another $100 credit off the final invoice. All participation agreements received after Nov. 30, 2019, will be scheduled on a space-available basis.

We will make every attempt to accommodate one of your school's eight scheduling choices, but because of the complexity of the scheduling process, no guarantees can be made. The last question on this form gives you the opportunity to let us know about special situations, agreements, issues, and requests regarding the scheduling of your school.
