Baby Dedication Class Request Form

We are excited to partner with you as you commit to leading your child into a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. This preparation class will help you understand what it means to dedicate your child to the Lord.

Baby dedication services are held after the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Attendance at this class is required for the primary parent(s) or caregiver(s) before a child can be dedicated at Largo Community Church. The class is held virtually and scheduled according to the availability of the primary parent(s) or caregiver(s). You will be notified once a Baby Dedication date has been set. Make note that the dedication service will take place following the 11:00 a.m. worship service.

Requirements for dedication at LCC:
The primary parent(s)/caregiver(s) to the child must attend and complete before they can request a date to have their child dedicated. They must be a born-again Christian(s), and regularly attend a Christian, gospel-based church.

  • Do I have to be a member of Largo Community Church? NO, the parent/guardian of the child must be an active member of a church, and the individual advocating on your behelf must be a member of Largo Community Church. 
  • Can a single parent have their child dedicated? YES
  • Are Godparants and grandparents required to attend the class? NO, but they are welcome and encouraged to attend the class.
