Virtual/Blended Learning Consent Form Summer 2026 - REQUIRED
Fort Hamilton High School will be offering Virtual/Blended learning options for the Summer 2026 term. Based on current progress, your child needs to retake courses required to stay on track for graduation in 4 years.  Your consent is required to program students for the Virtual/Blended learning options this summer.  The summer term is 6 weeks, July 9 to August 17, 2026. Attendance is critical 5 days per week (Classes meet 4 days in person and 1 day remotely .  If you would like your child to participate in one of the Virtual/Blended options below to recover credit needed to graduate, please provide a response no later than June 30, 2026 in order for your child to participate in Summer 2026.

Students are not required to participate in Virtual/Blended Learning in Summer. However, making up classes fully in person in the 2026-27 school year is limited.
