The Commons is a collaborative space that is equipped with videoconferencing technology via Zoom and with the capacity of 35 in person guests. This form is necessary to best support to your event.
The XCITE Commons space is a state of the art classroom of the future comprising a 27 foot interactive video wall with a seating capacity of 40. This unique classroom and meeting space is available for a rental fee. This rental fee provides access to the Commons area, including use of the audio/visual equipment, tables and chairs.Reservations are required and subject to approval and space availability. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 2–3 weeks in advance to be considered. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email within 2–3 business days of submission.
Also, please be mindful of noise as there are offices adjacent to the Commons.
