Tent City Press Big Moves - "How can I help?"
Hello! 

If you're on this form, it's because you are an absolute shining gem of a person that has offered to help me in moving the studio! First off, thank you. You'll hear that a lot from me this next month, and your name will be added onto a special acknowledgement project when the studios are settled.

Here's how this will work - I'm going to be at 333 W 4th Ave (blue mall, under the mushing mural) pretty much all month, 12 to 8 pm Monday through Saturday, packing things up and preparing for two big lifts.

ROUGH CALENDAR

Janurary 5th through the 14th - packing up the letterpress studio

*UPDATED* January 22nd - moving letterpress studio to Seed Lab garage

January 16th through January 31st - Packing up Tent City Press by zone, staging for move out 

February 1st through 3rd - moving the studio to 501 W 41st Street #D

The first big lift will be on January 15th, and will involve moving the Letterpress studio into the Seed Lab garage. In the time leading up, I will need just a little assistance in packing up, staging, arranging casters for large items, and with the big lift itself which includes needing strong bodies and big trucks.

I am available during these days and times to help with Big Lift #1 - Letterpress (week of Jan 22nd)
The second big lift of the Member's Studio to 501 W 41st Ave is planned for February 1st, and will be the bigger task. Ideally, the vast majority of equipment will be out of the blue mall in 3 days tops. I need help in the preceding weeks with packing up the studio by zone, staging the zones for moving day, and then landing the zones into 501 W. 41st Ave #D in predetermined and labeled areas.

I am available to help during these days and times with Big Lift #2 - Member's Studio (Jan 17 to Feb 7)
Between the two lifts, I am arranging to have our new storage area in the Transit Center accessible via G street on both days to receive all the big items destined for heated storage. The particular logistics will become concrete as the days approach - for this subtask, I need a box truck and strong bodies.
