Well-Being Development Report (WDR)
For the past year, your Thrive Team has been putting your Well-Being Development Plan (WDP) into action. First, you discovered, then you discussed, then you decided, then you deployed. Now, it is time to debrief, reporting exactly what you did and how it impacted the pastor, the pastor's family, and local church ministry.

Completing the Well-Being Development Report (WDR) should continue to be a collaborative activity for the Thrive Team. At the end of the report form, you'll be asked to affirm that the Thrive Team worked together to complete the report.

To be eligible for a matching grant from TFI, your Thrive Team previously must have been registered and approved to participate (Teams only need to register once to begin - they do not have to re-register each year). See www.wesleyan.org/tfi for registration information.

Once your team completes this WDR, it will be time to start the Thrive Cycle - Discover, Discuss, Decide, and Deploy - all over again for the next year.
