Forty Niner Shops Donation Request Form

Donations are limited to one per year for campus groups and departments. Although we would love to honor all donation requests, our limited resources only allow us to support on-campus events.  

The Forty-Niner Shops support campus related groups and events by donating goods and services to support their various activities.  Donations are subject to conditions that advance the University mission, promote goodwill, and ensure an equitable distribution to the many groups and organizations that seek support.
