Please read through the following Rules
1. Yachts are allowed to tie up for up to 2 days
2. After the 2 days there will be a charge of R250 a day
3. Only work of a minor nature is allowed while tied up alongside
4. No power tools allowed without written permission from SANPARKS
5. KYC reserves the right to allocate jetties as per nature and length of visit
6. No connection to shore power allowed from any other outlet that the specific boat outlets on outside of the building

“In granting this permission I hereby irrevocably indemnify Knysna Yacht Club, its representatives, officials and staff against any claim and liability of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising whether directly or indirectly, whether from negligence albeit gross and/or from involvement in any activity whilst participating in any sailing activities including but not limited to liability for accident, death, injury, illness to their person or loss or damage to property or costs and expenses sustained or incurred as a result thereof”. I hereby understand that KYC indemnifies themselves against any damages related to tying up on the Jetties and the owner of the boat takes full responsibility for tying up correctly and or leaving the dock if the wind picks up above 15 knots from the West   *
