Samyama is a 1-year program for those pursuing excellence in the art, science, and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga. It is for experienced students and burgeoning teachers of all backgrounds and levels of experience to come together, study, learn, practice, and explore Iyengar Yoga. Throughout the course, we will create a supportive and inspiring environment where you can delve into the depths of Iyengar Yoga. Our workshops, classes, and intensives will help you refine your practice, enhance your ability to teach effectively, and build a solid foundation in the principles of Iyengar Yoga.
