Do you have a General Manager’s certificate for the purposes of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act?

If yes please provide a copy)

Are you legally entitled to work in New Zealand?

Do you have a work permit? (If yes when does this expire) 

Work permits or evidence of authority to work in New Zealand may be requested.

Please provide us with names and phone numbers of at least two Referees 

Please include your last employer and at least one previous employer. If you are new to working then please provide character Referees, such as sport coaches or community leaders.  

We will be calling your Referees prior to your interview so please let them know that we may be in touch.
