The criteria to start training and join the Care Team as a Guide is the following:

 - Be a Verified Listener (must have VL badge that is located on your profile)
-  5+ Written Reviews (under Number of Reviews on your profile)
-  50 or more chats (Located under Chats on your profile)
-  4+ Stars rating (Stars on profile)
-  2 Listener Group chats (Located under Listener Group Chats on profile)
-  2 Group Support Chats ( Located under Listener Group Chats on profile)
-  1+ months as a Listener (Counted from "Listener Since" date on profile)
-  No recent reports (behavioral or censored- we will let you know if you have those when you apply)


Please note:-
A) There is a probation period and training phase so that we can get to know each during which time you will need to be actively taking Care Requests.

B) You will also need to have also passed AL1 (Graduate) and AL2 (Master) and have been a Listener for two months at least before the Care Team badge is awarded. 

C) Appliations can take up to two weeks before they are approved, but we will be in touch with you as soon as we can!
